Full Water Distribution to FCU (Level 27)
The project involved the complete installation of chilled water supply and return piping for all Fan Coil Units (FCUs) on Level 27. This covers the routing, connection, and balancing of the water distribution network from the main risers to each FCU, including valves, fittings, insulation, and associated supports, in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

225 Marsh Wall, Isle of Dogs
The works at 225 Marsh Wall comprised the installation and commissioning of the Plantroom, including the Low Temperature Hot Water (LTHW) system, Boosted Cold Water System (BCWS), and associated hot water cylinders. All systems were completed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

The works carried out at the New Malden for one of our client A C UK GROUP . Project included the complete installation of above-ground drainage systems serving all parking areas and the Sainsbury’s supermarket. Scope also included the Plantroom works, comprising the installation of associated mechanical services, pipework, and equipment in accordance with design specifications and project standards.

The works carried out for A C UK Group in Cambridge included the installation of tea point services on the ground and first floors, along with the complete pumped waste systems. All installations were executed, tested, and commissioned in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
